Scheels Grand Opening
Scheels contacted us to cater for their grand opening well before construction was close to complete. It was a lot of planning and undertaking to provide food for close to 3000 guests in just a few hours. A lot of food was tray passed, and some were displayed on glass tables that we had built for them.
