Prime rib dinner with several hors d’ oeuvres including shrimp cocktail on ice, cold noodle Asian salad, crab cakes with lemon aioli, and a fruit display with an Asian twist. There was also a frozen drink station with fresh virgin strawberry daquirris and pina coladas and an assortment of pastries to finish the meal off.
