National Football Foundation
With some other caterers having to bail out last minute we were presented with the opportunity to cater this event with only four days notice. It was a challenge to feed over 450 hungry football players including some NFL stars as well as local college coaches and local stars, but we met the challenge and pulled off a very successful event with little notice.
