Service Upgrades
Pre-Set Service
$3.00/person
Staff will arrive early to set the tables with your chosen china creating a beautiful presentation. Also includes pre-set bread baskets & beverages on your seating tables. Talk to your event coordinator for more details!
Family Style
$8.00/person
Perfect for intimate events. Platters and bowls of entees & sides are placed on the center of each seating table. Guests will self-serve from communal dishes, sharing and passing to one and other just like a family dinner at home.
* Requires china rental minimum 5-piece set
** Limits table decor, make sure your have space for dishes
Fully Plated
$14.00/person (first 2 courses)
plus $4/person per additional course
Includes full plating of the salad course & main course. Additional courses may be added for $4/person per additional course. Extra staff and equipment are necessary to serve your guests as quickly a possible. Consult with your coordinator about the pros & cons of a plated meal

Pre-Set Beverages
$1.50/person
Enjoy your beverages on the seating tables! Your servers will refill carafe pitchers throughout the event so your guests don't have to get up for drinks.
Butler / Tray Pass Service
$150 flat or $75 per item
*whichever is greater
Ideal for cocktail parties and standing events. Chefs will prepare small servings of each hors d'oeuvre onto trays for servers to walk and offer your chosen selections to guests during the designated serving time. Includes mini disposables & cocktail napkins
*Requires additional staff, pricing is per option, minimum $150
**Some options may not be eligible for tray pass
Pre-Plated Salad
$4.00/person
Salads are prepared and pre-dressed for your guests on salad plates. Staff will set salad plates on seating table at a designated time for guests to enjoy prior to their main course.

Let us cut and serve your cake! Perfect for weddings & birthdays. Includes additional plasticware and your choice of a cake table or tray passed cake slices.
Dessert Service
Starting $100
Much like our cake cutting service, we'd be happy to assist with any desserts you order from your favorite bakery! Includes additional plasticware and an optional glass or wood display rental with serveware for the buffet.

Sparkling Toasts
$1.99/person
Take your speeches to the next level with a sparkling toast! Includes your choice of non-alcoholic sparkling cider and champagne flute rental.
*Service does not apply for alcoholic drinks, UCC does not offer Bar/Liquor services. Client is responsible for hiring a bartender.
Disposable Drink Bar

Remove glassware from any drink bar and switch to disposable cups with optional lids & straws for a discount!
Biodegradable
Exchange
Substitute your plasticware for a green alternative! We offer heavy square white plant fiber plates and sturdy biodegradable cutlery. Ask your coordinator about going green for your event.
