We had a gorgeous venue to be in and enjoy an evening full of good food and dancing the night away!!  We did both her Wedding Dinner and Reception. It was so gorgeous and delicious! Something unique she chose to do was our “Cedar Plank Salmon”. Where each guest received their portion of salmon on a cedar plank of wood. Chicken Celebration, Butternut Squash Risotto (served a vegan style as well), Stuffed Portabello Mushrooms, Crepese Salad. For her reception she had our Vegetable Crudites Display, Platinum Fruit Display, Signature Cream Cheese Brownies, Gelato: Pistachio, Lemon, Cookies n’ Cream and Raspberry Sorbet and Pumpkin Tarts.
