For those looking for something more sophisticated and impressive, demi plates are beautiful ways of displaying specialty hors d’ oeuvres. From our fresh made panacotta, passion fruit gelato, or prosciutto wrapped filet mignon, your guests will love the beauty and the delectable food as well. Demi plates are small disposable plastic plates and dishes that present pre-plated hors d’ oeuvres.  Colors are available in clear, black, pearl white, or tinted green.

Filet: $4.25/person
Prosciutto wrapped grilled filet mignon in bordelaise sauce. Served on small square.

Shrimp Quatro: $5.99/Person
Four types of colossal shrimp including; coconut shrimp with mango sauce, bacon wrapped with cocktail sauce, crispy Chinese prawns with honey walnut sauce, and regular colossal with cocktail sauce. Served in a Origami dish with shrimp hanging from sides and sauces at bottom in different compartments.

Tomato Basil Shooter: $2.99/person
Fresh tomato and basil soup garnished with crème fraiche and a toasted gruyere crostini. Served in tall U swooped cup.

Butternut Squash Bisque Shooter: $2.99/person
Roasted butternut squash bisque accompanied with potato gaufrette, chives, and sour cream. Served in tall U swooped cup.

Tempura California Roll: $3.49/person 
(2) pieces of crab and avocado sushi dipped in tempura batter, fried, and garnished with daikon sprouts, ginger, and wasabi. Served on trio plate.     

Salmon, Tuna, or Crab Nigiri Sushi: $3.25/person
Assorted Nigiri Sushi accompanied with ginger and wasabi. Served on an Arc plate.     

Lamb Satay with Asian Style Peanut Sauce: $3.49/person
Lamb skewered on rosemary sprigs, grilled, and served with our Asian style peanut sauce. Served in twist cup.     

Chicken Basil and Ricotta Stuffed Tortellini: $3.99/person
Chicken with fresh basil, ricotta cheese, garlic, and our blend of spices served with roasted red pepper mushroom sauce. Served on Loft plate.       

Tomato Basil and Asiago Crostini: $2.75/person
Fresh roma tomatoes,  basil chiffonade, and grated asiago cheese toasted and garhished with emulsified balsamic vinaigrette and sprig of basil. Served on Uno plate.       

Carne Asada Skirt Steak Tostaditas with Fresh Guacamole: $2.99/person
Skirt steak marinated in our garlic, cumin and cilantro sauce, grilled, and served on a tostada chip with fresh guacamole and cilantro sprig.        

Spanakopita: $3.25/person
Feta and spinach stuffed in phyllo dough garnished with fried basil leaf and basil crème fraiche. Served on a Plaza plate.       

Papaya Shrimp Wontons: $3.75/person
Fresh papaya, shrimp, and mixed herbs fried in wonton shell on bed of micro greens with pineapple vinaigrette. Served on an Occto plate.       

Bacon Wrapped U15 Shrimp: $2.99/person
Peppered bacon wrapped gigantic U15 shrimp served with fresh cocktail sauce. Served on Trio fork.       

Maryland Crab Cakes: $4.49/person
Maryland crab cakes pan fried with panko bread crumbs accompanied by lemon aioli served on a bed of micro greens tossed in citrus vinaigrette. Served on an Occto plate.       

Lomi Salmon Crostini: $3.25/person
Fresh salmon rubbed in Hawaiian salt with vine ripe tomatoes and maui onions served on a toasted baguette and garnished with fresh herbs. Served on an Uno plate.

Sautéed escargot in a garlic butter sauce. Served in Tapa dish with lid.     

Grilled Venison and Crimini Skewers: $4.49/person
Venison and crimini skewered on rosemary sprigs, grilled, and served with venison pan sauce. Served in Tall twist cup.
